Mr. Roy Ramthun is the President of HSA Consulting Services, specializing in Health Savings Account programs. He is a former member of The White House National Economic council, and of the Department of Treasury Health Initiatives leadership team. He has a Masters degree from the University of North Carolina School of Public Health, and is a national expert on Health Savings Accounts.

Mr. Greg Scandlen is the Director of Consumers for Health Care Choices. Previously, Mr. Scandlen spent many years in health-care policy and financing, including twelve years in the Blue Cross Blue Shield system, and five years as Founder and Executive Director of the council for Affordable Health Insurance. He is considered one of the nation’s foremost experts on consumer-driven health care, insurance regulation, employee benefits and health care financing. He writes and produces the weekly Consumer Power Report.
